Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Professional to join our team at Aryan Cables. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, promoting our range of electrical cables, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth in the domestic and industrial market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote electrical cables and related products.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, and industrial customers.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns to strengthen brand visibility.
• Coordinate with the production and supply chain team to ensure timely product delivery to customers.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings to represent the company.
• Regularly prepare reports on sales, marketing activities, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably in electrical, wires & cables, or related industry).
• Strong knowledge of cable products and electrical market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,423.05 - ₹56,650.66 per month

Work Location: In person
