Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and implement marketing strategies for student admissions in our early years’ programs (Pre-Nursery, Pre-School, and Pre-Primary). The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, possess strong communication and digital marketing skills, and understand the expectations of young parents.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the school’s presence.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase visibility and enrollments for the 2+, 3+, and 4+ programs.
Design age-appropriate promotional campaigns that align with the school’s brand and values.
Plan and manage events such as open houses, parent orientation sessions, and early learning workshops.
Coordinate with the admissions team to track leads and ensure smooth parent interaction from inquiry to enrollment.
Develop parent outreach strategies and maintain a database of prospective families.
Build partnerships with local daycare centers, activity centers, and pediatricians to generate referrals.
Represent the school at external events and education fairs.
Maintain consistency in branding across all marketing materials
Collaborate with the design and content team to develop school brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector or early childhood domain.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools.
Creative mindset with a strong understanding of what appeals to parents of young children.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
