Job Overview

Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research

Conduct detailed market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.
Gather, interpret, and present insights to guide decision-making.

2. Marketing Strategy

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively.
Collaborate with clients and internal cross-functional teams for successful strategy execution.

3. Performance Analysis

Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
Continuously optimize marketing activities based on performance data.

Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum
5 years of experience
in marketing, with at least
1 year in a leadership position
(preferred).
Proven experience in creating and executing marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of
marketing ROI
and performance metrics.
Excellent
English communication skills
written, verbal, and comprehension.
Strong
leadership and analytical skills
.
Willingness to work from office in
Pune
.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA
in Marketing or Sales.
Certification in Digital Marketing
