About the Role

Performance Marketing Lead at DTDC

This is a strategic and hands-on role for a data-driven marketer who can seamlessly shift between campaign execution, performance analysis, and team leadership.

Inside Sales

Your north star will be sustainable user and revenue growth across India and international markets achieved through insight-led, measurable marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead DTDCs performance marketing strategy across

    paid acquisition

    ,

    CRM

    , and

    organic growth

    , aligned to business and product priorities.

  • Own performance across key channels, including budget planning, KPI setting, and campaign execution to drive scalable and cost-efficient growth.

  • Collaborate closely with

    Inside Sales

    and

    Product teams

    to align marketing efforts with lead conversion and user experience improvements.

  • Lead campaign strategy, A/B testing, and lifecycle optimization programs to improve

    CAC

    ,

    LTV

    , and

    retention metrics

    .

  • Build and mentor a lean, high-performing team across performance marketing, CRM, and SEO.

  • Develop a data-driven growth framework using tools for forecasting, attribution modeling, funnel diagnostics, and dashboarding.

  • Lead the

    SEO strategy

    with content and technical teams to grow qualified organic traffic and visibility.

  • Drive cross-functional go-to-market initiatives that support business expansion and trading volume growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum

    4+ years of experience

    in performance, growth, or lifecycle marketing roles.

  • Proven success managing large growth budgets and delivering measurable ROI across paid and organic channels.

  • Strong experience in leading integrated growth teams across performance marketing, CRM, and SEO.

  • Deep understanding of funnel metrics, experimentation design, attribution models, and marketing analytics.

  • Proficiency with tools such as

    Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot,

    or equivalent platforms is a must.

  • Experience with CMS tools like Wordpress

  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with

    sales and product teams

    to align user acquisition and conversion strategies.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
