Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1.Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company goals and enhance market presence.
  • Translate organizational objectives into measurable marketing targets and campaigns.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities to position the brand effectively in the interior design sector.

2. Campaign Development & Execution

  • Plan, design, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, blogs, and digital platforms.
  • Create engaging content and promotional materials to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate detailed analytical reports for management review.

3. Event & Trade Show Management

  • Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to showcase products and services.
  • Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure effective presentation and brand representation at events.
  • Track post-event performance and lead conversion effectiveness.

4. Marketing Collateral & Branding

  • Oversee the design and production of marketing materials such as brochures, catalogues, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Ensure all branding activities maintain a consistent tone, style, and visual identity across all platforms.

5. Budgeting & ROI Analysis

  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Track marketing expenditures and measure campaign effectiveness through Return on Investment (ROI) analysis.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with interior design team to prepare client proposals and marketing presentations.
  • Support sales teams by developing strategies to increase proposal-to-close conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with vendors, media partners, and external agencies for creative and promotional activities.

Preferred candidate profile

    • 8-10 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the interiors industry
    • Bachelors degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role in the interiors industry.
    • Strong understanding of the interior design and furnishings market.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
    • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
