Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager – Flexible Hoses Division to lead sales initiatives, achieve revenue targets, and expand our client base .

The role involves direct client interaction, strategic planning, and executing marketing and sales campaigns to drive growth for our flexible hose products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the Flexible Hoses Division through effective planning and execution.
• Generate new business leads via B2B Portals, calls, and emails.
• Handle enquiries and quotes on Business Development Platforms - GEM etc.
• Identify and develop new B2B customers across various industries such as power plants, refineries and steel plants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, potential customers, and emerging opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• B.E./ B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering)
• MBA in Marketing
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial/B2B marketing
