Role Overview: The Marketing Manager – Field Marketing will be responsible for planning and executing on-ground marketing activities to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and market penetration. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and field execution skills. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute field marketing campaigns, events, and promotions. Drive lead generation activities through market visits, dealer/retailer interactions, and customer engagement. Build strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key market stakeholders. Monitor competitor activities, collect market intelligence, and share insights with management. Track campaign performance and prepare reports on ROI, leads, and conversions. Coordinate with sales teams to support demand generation and ensure smooth campaign execution. Manage field marketing budgets and ensure effective utilisation. Ensure branding and promotional materials are properly displayed at partner locations.
