About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic andexperienced Marketing Manager tolead and scale our marketing efforts for our international events and mediaportfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developingand executing integrated marketing strategies, managing cross-functional teams,and driving measurable impact across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy Leadership
\u25AA Develop and executeintegrated marketing strategies across channels (Email, Social, Paid, Search,Webinars, Media Partnerships, Community Platforms).
\u25AA Lead and mentor a teamof social media executives, SEO specialists, content creators, designers, andweb developers and E-mail marketers.
\u25AA Align marketingstrategies with business goals to drive measurable outcomes in lead generation,demand generation, and brand positioning.
Branding Positioning
\u25AA Drive brandinginitiatives to position flagship events and media products in internationalmarkets.
\u25AA Build and managethought-leadership content, PR activities, and media tie-ups to strengthenbrand presence.
Campaigns Content
\u25AA Create, oversee, andoptimize content calendars and multi-channel campaigns to engage targetaudiences.
\u25AA Ensure consistency inmessaging and brand tone across all digital and offline platforms.
\u25AA Evaluate and implementmarketing automation tools to build a 360 customer view.
Cross-functional Collaboration
\u25AA Work closely with theSales team to design campaigns that enhance pipeline effectiveness andconversion.
\u25AA Partner with Product,Operations, and Creative teams to deliver cohesive marketing initiatives.
\u25AA Coordinate withvendors, agencies, and media partners for campaign execution.
Performance Growth
\u25AA Monitor, analyze, andreport marketing performance metrics; use insights to continuously optimizestrategies.
\u25AA Build communities andengagement platforms to create long-term customer value.
\u25AA Ensure accountabilitywithin the marketing department by setting clear deadlines, KPIs, and outputexpectations.

Job Type: Full time On-site (5 day work week)
