Marketing Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our companys success according to trends and customer requirements.

Work Experience:

Relevant 2-3 years of experience in MKT in financial industry is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and support business growth.
• Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground channels.
• Collaborate closely with branch teams across 14 locations to ensure alignment of marketing activities with local business objectives.
• Conceptualize and execute branch-level marketing programs, events, and client engagement activities.
• Manage social media, website content, and PR initiatives to ensure a consistent brand message.
• Work with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.
• Track marketing ROI, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
• Manage external vendors, creative agencies, and partners for marketing deliverables.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
