Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our companys success according to trends and customer requirements.

Work Experience:

Relevant 2-3 years of experience in MKT in financial industry is preferred

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and support business growth.
Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground channels.
Collaborate closely with branch teams across 14 locations to ensure alignment of marketing activities with local business objectives.
Conceptualize and execute branch-level marketing programs, events, and client engagement activities.
Manage social media, website content, and PR initiatives to ensure a consistent brand message.
Work with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.
Track marketing ROI, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
Manage external vendors, creative agencies, and partners for marketing deliverables.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
