Bachelor s/Master s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3 -5 Years Strategize and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels to drive student enrollments and brand awareness. Design and execute campaigns to generate leads through social media, email, offline events, and partnerships. Strengthen Endeavors brand positioning by creating compelling content, marketing materials, and promotional strategies. Oversee the creation and optimization of online advertising campaigns, SEO/SEM efforts, and social media engagement. Conduct competitor analysis and gather insights to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI. Work closely with the sales, academic, and operations teams to ensure alignment on goals and messaging. Reporting and Analytics: Monitor campaign performance and present data-driven reports with actionable insights to the management team. Organize seminars, workshops, webinars, and other promotional events to attract prospective students and their parents. Requirements Bachelor s/Master s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education or service industry. Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels. Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Event management experience is a strong advantage.
