Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for India, aligned with global objectives.
• Support

  India sales activities

  by generating qualified leads and equipping the team with localized marketing tools and materials.
• Assist the

  international business team

  with marketing initiatives for targeted regions (Middle East, Europe, Southeast Asia and USA).
• Drive lead generation campaigns and enhance visibility in key verticals, especially

  power plants

  ,

  cooling towers

  , and

  industrial facilities

  .
• Manage digital presence: website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Plan and manage participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and sustainability forums.
• Produce engaging content including brochures, case studies, presentations, and videos.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to refine positioning and strategy.
• Track and report on marketing performance and return on investment.

Requirements:

• 10+ years

  of experience in

  B2B marketing

  , preferably in

  energy, water treatment, HVAC, or industrial technology sectors

  .
• Proven success supporting both

  local sales teams

  and

  international business expansion

  .
• Strong communication and content creation skills in English.
• Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems . and analytics platforms.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• A passion for sustainability, innovation, and clean technologies is a strong advantage.
