Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive leads generation, user acquisition and retention.
• Utilize AI-powered SEO tools such as Surfer SEO, Clearscope, SEMrush (with AI features), MarketMuse, Ahrefs, or others to conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
• Analyze website traffic, backlink profiles, keyword rankings, and user behavior using AI-driven analytics platforms alongside Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Develop and execute on-page and off-page technical SEO strategies based on insights from AI tools to improve organic visibility and SERP rankings.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to optimize website architecture, metadata, and content for search engines.
• Monitor algorithm updates and AI trends in SEO to continuously adapt strategies and tactics.
• Generate detailed reports highlighting AI-derived SEO insights, performance metrics, and improvement recommendations.
• Automate routine SEO tasks like audits, keyword tracking, and backlink analysis using AI and scripting tools where applicable.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and SEO trends to continuously enhance processes.
• Ensure SEO best practices are adhered to while balancing technical constraints and user experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8+ Yrs of Proven experience as Digital Marketing in Saas Product or B2B Marketing.

• Hands on Exp with Performance Marketing, Social Media Growth, Marketing Automation & CRM, Analytics & Reporting, Creative Direction & AI-powered Marketing is preferred.

• Proficiency with AI-driven SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Surfer SEO, Clearscope, SEMrush AI features, Market Muse, BrightEdge, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
• Familiarity with website analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and data studio.
