Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager at Crest Ventures, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies for our diversified business group. Your key responsibilities will include: - Utilizing market research and competitive analysis to identify positioning opportunities and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies - Driving consumer insights to create core messaging and evolve the brand - Creating compelling and brand-aligned content to maintain a consistent tone of voice and engagement across all platforms - Leading end-to-end campaign conceptualization, execution, and optimization across various marketing channels such as digital, print, OOH, PR, and on-ground activations - Owning reporting and insight generation to refine marketing strategies based on data and align them with business goals - Ensuring seamless communication between departments to align marketing efforts with funnel goals - Regularly monitoring industry trends, customer behavior, and brand perception Qualifications required for this role include: - 6-8 years of marketing experience (Real estate experience is preferred) - Strategic thinking abilities coupled with a strong creative and commercial mindset - Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently - Familiarity with both offline and online marketing - Highly organized, data-oriented, and self-driven In addition to the above job responsibilities and qualifications, Crest Ventures is a diversified business group listed on NSE and BSE.
