As a Marketing Manager for Commercial Office Leasing in IT Buildings, your role will involve leading the marketing and demand-generation efforts to attract startups, corporates, and MNCs to large office facilities in premium IT/commercial buildings. With your 5-8 years of experience in real estate marketing, including at least 2 years in commercial/IT office leasing, you will leverage your strong understanding of the commercial real estate market and tech parks to drive successful leasing outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract tenants to office spaces in IT buildings. - Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and tenants to drive leasing opportunities. - Utilize digital marketing platforms, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho), and analytics tools to optimize marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective leasing processes. - Stay updated on corporate leasing dynamics, broker ecosystems, and tenant expectations to inform marketing strategies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Real Estate. - MBA in Marketing or Real Estate Management preferred. - Strong knowledge of corporate leasing dynamics and tenant expectations. - Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms and CRM systems. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
