As a Marketing Manager, your role will involve overseeing the marketing activities of all franchise outlets to ensure consistent brand presence. You will be responsible for planning and executing events, exhibitions, and stall participation to enhance visibility. Additionally, you will guide and involve franchise partners in local marketing initiatives within their respective regions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and managing PR activities to build strong media and public connections. - Leading digital marketing strategies encompassing social media, SEO, online campaigns, and content. - Supporting franchises with campaign materials, promotions, and customer engagement. - Monitoring and reporting campaign effectiveness to ensure alignment with company goals. The qualifications required for this position include: - 1 year of experience in Marketing (Preferred) - 1 year of experience in Digital marketing (Preferred) The work location for this role is in person, and the willingness to travel up to 25% is preferred. Additionally, the ability to commute or relocate to Mayavaram, Tamil Nadu before starting work is preferred. Please note that the job type for this position is Full-time, Permanent.
