About the Role:

Role Summary

Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Communication:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to build and maintain the firm&aposs brand presence in the market.
  • Oversee the creation and management of marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, website content, case studies, etc.).

  • Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials to align with the firm&aposs goals and values.

Campaign Planning and execution for Marketing

Responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Digital Marketing & Content:

  • Manage and improve the companys website, ensuring it reflects the latest services, deals, and thought leadership content.
  • Develop engaging content such as blogs, newsletters, whitepapers, and social media posts that highlight the firms expertise and successes.
  • Oversee SEO and digital advertising campaigns to attract new clients and improve online visibility.

Events & PR:

  • Plan and manage events such as webinars, conferences, and roundtable discussions with key industry leaders.
  • Act as the point of contact for media inquiries and work with PR agencies to generate positive media coverage for the firm.
  • Organize and manage sponsorships and speaking engagements at industry events.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and client needs.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics to continuously improve campaigns and strategies.
  • Work closely with the business development team to align marketing efforts with lead generation and sales goals.

Client & Investor Relations:

  • Collaborate with the client relationship teams to provide tailored marketing support for key clients.
  • Develop targeted marketing initiatives aimed at attracting institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals.

What Were Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on financial services or investment banking.
  • Strong understanding of the investment banking landscape, including M&A, capital markets, and private equity.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, SEO, and email campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus).
