Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with strong experience in Technology and SaaS businesses to lead our digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will own SEO & GEO strategy, performance marketing, and go-to-market execution, while driving brand visibility, demand generation, and revenue growth.

This role requires a data-driven, strategic marketer who can collaborate cross-functionally and execute high-impact marketing programs in a fast-paced environment.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the overall marketing strategy with a strong focus on SEO & GEO, performance marketing, and GTM initiatives.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new offerings, features, and campaigns in alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead SEO & GEO initiatives to improve organic visibility, search rankings, and inbound lead generation across global markets.
  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (paid search, paid social, display, retargeting) to maximize ROI and conversions.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product and other teams to ensure alignment across the funnel.
  • Drive brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across digital channels.
  • Design and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Track, analyze, and report marketing performance using dashboards and analytics tools; continuously optimize based on insights.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify customer needs, trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement within marketing initiatives.
  • Build, mentor, and guide internal or external marketing resources as the function scales.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Marketing or equivalent; bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in Technology or SaaS companies.
  • Proven hands-on experience with SEO & GEO, performance marketing, and GTM strategy execution.
  • Strong understanding of digital-first growth strategies and full-funnel marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, measure ROI, and translate insights into action.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales and product teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
