Marketing Manager

You are a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager responsible for on-field marketing activities in the Kollur area. Your role will involve conducting on-ground marketing and promotional activities, visiting various locations to generate leads, explaining product/service offerings, distributing marketing materials, organizing local events, tracking daily field activity, coordinating lead data with the internal team, and maintaining strong customer relations. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct on-ground marketing and promotional activities in the Kollur area. - Visit schools, apartments, gated communities, and public spaces to generate leads. - Explain product/service offerings to potential customers and collect inquiries. - Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and banners. - Organize and support local events, campaigns, and activations. - Track and report daily field activity and lead data to the marketing manager. - Coordinate with the internal team for follow-ups and lead conversion. - Represent the brand professionally and maintain strong customer relations. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or promotional activities (minimum 2 years preferred). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage daily field tasks efficiently. - Must be comfortable with local travel in and around Kollur. - Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is an advantage. - Own two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred. - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. - Local candidates or those familiar with Kollur and surrounding areas will be given preference. - Previous experience in real estate, education, or service-based industries is a plus.
