Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Market Analysis and potential mapping.
  • Evaluation and Analysis of vehicle population development and product uses.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.)
  • Developing, Evaluating and maintaining marketing strategy.
  • Developing Pricing strategy to maximize profit and market share with customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and monitoring promotional and branding activities plan and awareness creation campaign.
  • Developing and maintaining MIS and customer database.
  • Competitors activities, information & analysis.
  • Identification and development of new parts and range as per need of market.
  • Development of POP material, including catalogues, brochure and leaflets and organizing exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Communicate the marketing plan to team and get team aligned with plan.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5-10 years of marketing experience in the automotive aftermarket
  • Strong knowledge of spare parts distribution and retail channels
  • Proven ability to meet targets and manage customer relationships
  • Willing to travel within the assigned territory
  • MBA/PGDM in Business, Marketing, or related field
