Prepare, send, and negotiate quotations based on client requirements. Update and revise quotations as needed.  2.    Sample Management Review received samples to identify the client and determine if they are new or existing Verify dispatch status and ensure the quotation reflects accurate details. Conduct final checks before confirmation.  3.    Post-Sample Follow-up Call clients after receiving samples to discuss payments' Update payment status, quotations, and dispatch details accordingly.  4.    Technical Coordination Connect clients with Research Head for any technical discussions or clarifications. 5.    Quotation Updates Maintain client records' Update or revise quotations when there are changes or new inputs.  6.    Team Coordination (BREs)o Assign tasks and responsibilities to Business Relationship Executives (BREs). Monitor their performance and assist with any queries or issues.  7.    Client Communication – Discards & Follow-up, follow up on pending feedback and documents to prevent delays. Coordinate with clients to collect or clarify necessary documents.  8.     Refund Handling Address client concerns related to refunds, including eligibility, timelines, and status updates.  9.    Template Management Create and manage communication or documentation templates using Interakt.  10. manage client visits, ensuring smooth interaction and hospitality.  Eligibility MBA in Marketing and Sales   Experience+1 Year experience of sales, Comprehensive knowledge of MS office, CRM systems and Internet   Pay Scale Salary 8000-15000- per month
