Stipend: Rs. 10,000-18,000/month + Incentives

Job Location: Mohali,Punjab

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Intern for marketing to join our IT consultancy and software development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Marketing and lead generation through Social Media and outbound calls, establishing relationships with global partners, and converting leads into potential opportunities for collaboration and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to generate new leads and business opportunities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of social media marketing strategies and create engaging content
• Identify and qualify potential clients and partners across international markets (US, UK, Middle East, etc.).
• Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline to nurture prospects and drive engagement.
• Present company services and solutions effectively during conversations.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with lead information and activity logs.
• Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams for proposals and demos.
• Help develop scripts and pitch materials for calls and outreach.
• Attend virtual client meetings and document key discussion points.
• Track and report weekly performance metrics and call outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
• 6 of experience in Marketing, lead generation or business development will be plus
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)..
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
