Job Description

As a Telemarketing Sales Representative, your main responsibility will involve making outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list or database. You will be required to deliver a persuasive sales pitch, presenting our products/services, explaining their features, and emphasizing the benefits to encourage customers to make purchases or schedule appointments. Furthermore, engaging with customers in a professional and courteous manner to address inquiries and provide accurate information is crucial to building customer relationships. In your role, you will be responsible for lead generation by identifying and qualifying leads through conversations, and recording relevant details in the database. Follow-up calls to nurture relationships with previous inquiries and maintain accurate call records, update customer databases, and input information into the system will also be part of your daily tasks. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and call quotas set by the company is essential, along with gathering feedback from customers to improve our products/services. Adhering to scripts or guidelines provided by the company during calls ensures consistency and compliance with company standards. Collaborating with the sales team or other departments to share customer feedback and relevant information is also vital for the success of our business. To qualify for this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is advantageous. Strong communication and persuasion skills, the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone, familiarity with computer applications and CRM software, as well as persistence and resilience are key qualifications for this position. Understanding sales techniques and a customer-oriented approach are essential attributes for success. We are looking for a persuasive and confident communicator, results-driven and target-oriented individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. Being adaptable, open to feedback, and possessing strong organizational and time-management skills are qualities we value in our Telemarketing Sales Representatives. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring in-person work at our designated location.,
