• A proactive and creative mindset
• Willingness to work 5 days a week (flexible with pre-defined WFH days)
• Interest in content, branding, photography, or design
• Bonus: Basic graphic design or photo/video editing skills
• Get hands-on experience across multiple aspects of marketing
• Work directly on real projects and shoots
