The Finance & Accounting Manager works closely with Director of Finance, global financial team, local sales team, customer service, warehouse, and other functions. This role is responsible for account reconciliations, monthly variance analysis, gap resolution, financial close, report generation and operations related management reporting. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Responsible for the daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll accounting, Fixed asset accounting. Responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including the preparation of financial report, journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, reserve calculations and intercompany transactions Maintaining both local and US GAAP books. Ensure all transactions are in full compliance of Corporate SOX controls, internal control, and policies. Assist with the preparation, review, and timely payment of monthly payroll and statutory contributions. Actively involved in generating inventory ageing report, inventory physical count and reconciliation. Oversee credit collections process, including follow up with customers for past due invoices.
