This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms. Responsibilities Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends Manage a content/design repository and version control for frequently used assets Create templates for recurring needs such as newsletters, campus updates, or regional reports Stay updated with design trends, especially those relevant to child-centric or educational brands Work within tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field 3-8 years of experience in graphic design Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills A strong portfolio that showcases a mix of static and motion design. Expertise in PowerPoint, including slide layout, transitions, and visual storytelling. Familiarity with Canva, Figma, InShot or similar collaborative design tools. Key Responsibilities CRM & ERP Operations Manage leads through the CRM system and ensure accurate daily updates Review, verify and maintain data integrity across CRM & ERP platforms Support integration of lead & application processes across systems Review applications and ensure timely pushing & mapping of data in ERP Marketing Operations Maintain, record, and track marketing expense sheets & documentation Assist in generating basic MIS / reports for marketing review Coordinate with teams for data follow-ups and process adherence Requirements Strong attention to detail and comfort with data handling Basic understanding of CRM/Excel/Google Sheets (training will be provided) Ability to work with deadlines and structured workflows Good communication & willingness to learn new tools
