Job Description

Performing market analysis and research on competition and marketing platforms
Create, manage and update the database on a daily basis
Designing and implementing email marketing campaigns end-to-end
Segmenting email lists based on behaviours like past email engagement, website, and social interactions
Creating and maintaining email databases
Assist in managing social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) and editorial calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging
Prepare weekly updates and reports to track the growth and success rates of campaigns
Keep up to date and informed on new social media trends and adapt accordingly
Establish the first set of client communication which includes emails, messages, and telephonic conversations
Prospecting potential clients via various channels in order to generate leads
Liaise with the sales team for prospect handover
Must be able to create required presentations for managers and clients if needed

Required Skills

Passionate about marketing
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Must have knowledge of digital marketing
Bachelor s degree required and MBA is good-to-have
