If you’re comfortable behind the camera, curious about marketing, and want hands-on startup exposure — this is for you.

• Plan and execute

  podcast video shoots

  (setup, framing, lighting basics, audio coordination)
• Assist in

  content ideation

  for podcasts, reels, shorts, and long-form videos
• Shoot and manage

  video content for social media

  (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Coordinate with founders/guests during podcast recordings
• Create captions, hooks, titles, and basic content copy
• Work with editors (or do basic edits if capable) to ensure fast content turnaround
• Track content performance and suggest improvements

• Students or fresh graduates with a strong interest in

  marketing, content, or media

• Comfortable handling a camera or smartphone for professional shoots
• Good understanding of

  Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn content

• Creative thinker with strong execution mindset
• Willing to work in a

  fast-paced startup environment

• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)
• Experience with podcasts, vlogs, or creator content
• Understanding of content trends and viral formats

• Real startup exposure (not a dummy internship)
