Marketing Intern

What You'll Be Responsible For

1. Marketing Support & Lead Generation

  • Assist in identifying

    target B2B segments

    such as:
  • Hospitals
  • Pharma & Manufacturing
  • IT Parks & Corporate Offices
  • Hotels, Malls & Commercial Buildings
  • Residential & Government Facilities
  • Support

    lead generation activities

    through:
  • LinkedIn & email outreach

  • Database handling

  • Campaign follow-ups

  • Coordinate with the

    sales team

    for

    lead handovers

2. Campaign Execution & Brand Support

  • Support execution of

    marketing campaigns

    (online & offline)
  • Assist in creating

    marketing collaterals

    such as:
  • Social media posts
  • Flyers & brochures
  • Presentations & pitch decks
  • Help maintain

    brand consistency

    across all communication

3. Market Research & Content Support

  • Conduct

    basic market and competitor research

  • Assist in identifying industry trends and client pain points

  • Support content creation

    related to:
  • Facility management services
  • Compliance & safety awareness

  • Service education (

    duct cleaning, HVAC, FM, etc.

    )

4. Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain

    marketing data

    related to:
  • Leads generated
  • Campaign performance
  • Outreach responses
  • Update trackers using

    Excel / Google Sheets

  • Ensure clean and organized records

5. Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with:
  • Sales team

    (lead coordination & follow-ups)
  • Operations team

    (service understanding)
  • Design / content support (if applicable)
  • Assist in

    smooth coordination

    between marketing and sales

  • Leads

    supported / generated

    through marketing activities
  • Campaign execution timelines

  • Outreach response rates

  • Data accuracy & reporting discipline

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education / Background

  • Students or fresh graduates in:
  • Marketing
  • Business Administration
  • Mass Communication
  • Management or related fields

Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication skills

    (verbal & written)
  • Interest in

    marketing, branding, and business growth

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms

    (LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Familiarity with

    Canva, Excel, Google Docs

    is a plus
  • Willingness to

    learn and take feedback
