Job Title: Head of Marketing Real Estate

Position Summary:

Head of Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target market segments.
  • Lead brand positioning, go-to-market strategies, and project-specific marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee digital, offline, and event marketing efforts to maximize visibility and lead acquisition.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to refine strategies.

Team Management

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and foster a results-oriented culture within the team.

Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Manage SEO/SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Analyze and optimize marketing ROI using tools like Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and marketing automation platforms.

Branding & Communication

  • Oversee the development of all marketing collaterals, brand materials, project brochures, and advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies, media houses, PR partners, and digital vendors.

Sales Enablement

  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales targets.
  • Generate high-quality leads and nurture them through the buyer journey.

Budgeting & Reporting

  • Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively.
  • Track campaign performance, prepare monthly/quarterly reports, and present insights to senior leadership.

Key Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Skills:

  • Proven ability to drive brand growth and lead generation
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, performance analytics, and CRM platforms
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to large-scale real estate launches or township marketing
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and real estate CRM systems
  • Knowledge of local regulatory norms related to property marketing (RERA etc.)
