Job Description

Branding and Marketing Manager

FMCG, paints, cement, or building materials

Role & responsibilities

Brand Leadership:
Define and execute a cohesive
Brand Strategy
and visual identity to ensure strong recall and market positioning. Monitor brand health and drive optimization.
Integrated Campaigns:
Plan and launch end-to-end
360 Marketing Campaigns
(Digital, ATL, BTL, Content) with a focus on successful new product launches and clear value messaging.
Performance & Digital:
Lead
Performance Marketing
(SEO, SEM, Paid Ads) for lead generation and dealer/distributor engagement. Oversee all social media presence and impactful content creation.
Market & Channel:
Develop
Trade Marketing
programs, loyalty initiatives, and regional strategies in collaboration with Sales to drive town/cluster-level penetration and growth.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA
with
10+ years
of progressive marketing experience, ideally within
FMCG, Paints, Cement, or Building Materials
.
Proven success in
brand building
and executing
digital-first marketing campaigns
.
Strong
analytical, creative, and data-driven
problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with the
construction ecosystem
(Architects, Builders, Contractors, etc.).
Excellent
communication, storytelling, and leadership
abilities.
Willingness to
travel
as required for market immersion and execution oversight.
