Job Description:- Direct 360-degree marketing for commercial portfolio, driving growth and brand value through strategic campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and social media. Top-of-Mind awareness and innovative go-to-market strategies Manage budgets, analyse market trends, and spearhead performance marketing with lead generation engines Creation of websites, brochures, ads, project renders, scale models, AVs, and walkthroughs to elevate project branding and communication. Create sales and leasing presentations, brochures, AVs, and digital content. Manage media planning across print, outdoor, and digital platforms. Lead VR/AR experiences and 3D model creation for sales galleries. Oversee digital campaigns, social media visibility, and influencer partnerships. Plan events and activations with key partners to boost engagement. Enhance revenue through mall OOH media, BTL space, and leasing support. Launch and execute events and promotions for key festivals and campaigns. Establish positioning, identify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels & segments. Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. Must - Exposure of NCR markets, experience of launch phase of commercial and retail set up, developer background.
