Marketing Head Digital & Offline

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies.
• Manage campaigns across platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Plan and run lead-generation campaigns with clear ROI tracking.
• Oversee website content, SEO, landing pages, and conversions.
• Create and review digital creatives, videos, and promotional content.
• Manage email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and remarketing funnels.
• Track performance metrics and prepare weekly & monthly reports.

Offline Marketing

• Plan and manage on-ground activities such as seminars, workshops, and college outreach.
• Handle branding materials: brochures, standees, banners, and event setups.
• Build strong relationships with colleges, training partners, and community groups.
• Drive ATL & BTL activities to increase brand visibility.

Team Management & Coordination

• Lead a marketing team (designers, digital marketers, coordinators).
• Coordinate with the sales/counselling team to improve lead quality & conversions.
• Work closely with leadership to plan quarterly marketing strategies.
• Guide content creation across all channels.

Branding & Strategy

• Strengthen the overall brand through consistent messaging and marketing identity.
• Identify new marketing trends, engagement strategies, and growth opportunities.
• Manage influencer collaborations and PR activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital and offline marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social ads, analytics tools, and content strategy.
• Experience in education/edtech marketing is a plus (optional).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle end-to-end marketing campaigns independently.
