Weve built things lean so far, but now were scaling: deeper brand, sharper ops, bigger bets. Were hiring a Founding Marketer to take full ownership of our storytelling - across shoots, website, organic marketing, campaigns, collabs, and beyond. The Role: Youll work directly with the founder and core team members to shape how the world sees and experiences Kalaksh. Youll define our narrative strategy, run brand-building campaigns, and scale non-paid growth channels from scratch. What youll own: ? Shoots & Website Plan and direct product shoots. Translate that into a tight, high- conversion website experience ? Marketing Material Plan for social, ads, emails. Keep brand voice consistent and alive ? Strategy & Roadmaps Lead campaign planning across launches, festivals, drops ? Channel Execution Build non-Meta-led growth: retention journeys, referral programs, UGC, partnerships, earned media ? Data/Insight integration Use data/feedback to iterate brand experiments ?
