What You’ll Do:🔹

Crafting and leading the entire marketing strategy and execution plan.🔹Developing innovative, fast-growth marketing campaigns across digital, performance, influencer, and offline channels.🔹Building a powerful and scalable brand identity from scratch.🔹Driving rapid customer acquisition strategies and execution for high revenue outcomes.🔹Leading performance marketing and demand generation to meet the goal of the startup's revenue milestone in Year one.🔹Scaling marketing teams or agencies (as needed) and setting clear KPIs🔹Identifying the best local marketing channels to scale quickly.🔹Collaborating closely with the founder and core team to align business + marketing vision

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone exceptional — ideally a marketing veteran, growth hacker, or ex-startup CMO with:✳️ Proven experience in building brands and scaling early-stage startups to 7-figure revenues or more.✳️ Expertise in digital marketing, growth marketing, branding, and customer acquisition.✳️ Strong understanding of the Indian market, especially Kolkata and Tier 1/2 cities.✳️ Ability to work hands-on and strategically, making things happen fast.✳️Experience leading and growing marketing teams or working in a high-performance solo capacity. ✳️ A bold thinker, experimenter, and problem-solver who loves challenges.✳️ Ready to own the success and growth of a startup’s marketing engine.✳️ Entrepreneur Mindset.
