Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Field Marketing Executive (Admissions) who will be responsible for promoting our courses, generating student leads, and ensuring admissions growth. The role requires active fieldwork, counseling, and relationship-building with students, parents, schools, and colleges. Key ResponsibilitiesVisit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and market areas to promote institute courses. Generate student inquiries through field marketing, events, and campaigns. Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures. Distribute brochures, posters, and marketing materials in target areas. Organize and participate in admission drives, seminars, and awareness programs. Maintain daily reports of leads, visits, and admissions. Build strong relationships with educational partners and local influencers. Achieve monthly admission targets assigned by the management. RequirementsQualification: Minimum Graduate (any stream). Experience: 0–2 years in field sales/education marketing preferred. Freshers may also apply. Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English/regional language). Willingness to travel locally/nearby districts for promotion. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Marketing).
