Whom are we looking for

We are seeking a Marketing Executive with a knack for digital marketing to join our team. This is a dual-role opportunity for someone who is passionate about design and interested in planning and executing digital marketing strategies, from content calendars to basic content management.

What will be your key responsibilities

• Create and oversee monthly content & social media calendars, scheduling 20+ posts across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram to ensure consistent engagement.
• Collaborate with 2-3 teams to deliver marketing collaterals, reports, and presentations on time, supporting multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Monitor engagement, likes, comments, shares-and generate weekly reports to measure campaign success and inform future strategies.
• Assist in creating and editing short-form content and run email marketing campaigns using tools like Brevo/mail merge. .
• Conduct quarterly market and competitor research on 3+ key players to refine marketing tactics.
• Maintain organized marketing data and assets while using CRM and automation tools to improve lead tracking and reporting.

What are the key requirements for the role

• 12 years of experience in a social media management or digital marketing role.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, with a basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools, along with eagerness to learn new marketing technologies.
• Strong communication and writing skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Analytical mindset to track performance metrics, support reporting, and contribute to data-driven marketing decisions.
• Enthusiastic and solution-focused team player, capable of working independently and collaborating effectively.
• Gen Z marketing enthusiast skilled in using AI tools to create smart, creative content that drives engagement.
