Marketing Executive

As a Business Delivery Executive for the assigned set of schools/colleges in Gwalior, your role will involve the following responsibilities and tasks: - Collecting and analyzing market research data to inform marketing strategies. - Organizing and overseeing advertising/communication campaigns. - Arranging Seminars, conducting scholarship tests, and compiling databases in schools/colleges. - Providing pre-sales and post-sales service to schools/colleges and students. - Monitoring campaign progress using various metrics and submitting performance reports. - Developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies. - Conducting Marketing and Business Development activities in the assigned territory. - Utilizing knowledge of the Gwalior market for enhanced effectiveness. - Being willing to work in the field and possessing a two-wheeler for travel. Qualifications required for this position include: - Graduation/MBA degree. - 0-2 years of experience. - Good Communication and Interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative. - Fluency in English. - Local area knowledge, especially of Gwalior. - Strong networking abilities. In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications listed, you will be expected to: - Strengthen the company's reach in the assigned market. - Implement marketing & promotional strategies for organizational development. - Network with institutions and key decision-makers to promote the brand and generate inquiries. - Build relations with various student bodies, including student unions. - Display notice board items in college premises. - Obtain permission from college management to conduct seminars.
