Marketing Executive

Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Objective: The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for managing the entire online activity, from developing content, posting on social media, analytics, SEO, WordPress Website management, email marketing, etc. Preparing marketing campaign reports as per the sop. The role requires a thorough understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and analytics, with a focus on generating leads, improving brand visibility, and driving online engagement.

Reports to: Marcomm Manager.

Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering

Certification: Digital Marketing - SEO, SEM, Goodle Ads, Social Media, etc.

Languages: English , Hindi

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.

2. Manage and optimize company websites and landing pages to improve user experience and lead conve

rsion.

3. Develop and manage content strategy across all digital platforms (blogs, social media, email, etc.).

4. Create and manage performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights.

5. Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to deliver cohesive marketing campaigns.

6. Maintain a comprehensive database of all tenders and track the progress of submissions.

7. Work with external agencies or vendors when necessary.

8. Develop and manage targeted email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, automation workflows, and performance tracking.

Skill Required:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2. Creative mindset with attention to detail.

3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, Wordpress, & PDF, add-on Adobe Photoshop & Corel Draw

4. Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).

5. Strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

6. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
