Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced sales / marketing executives / Sr executives / Asst Manager / Manager to cultivate relationships with local doctors. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales to doctors / physicians, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industries. This role involves promoting KIMS services and ensuring a steady referral of patients.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and key decision-makers in the designated regions.
Promote KIMS Services, highlighting expertise, advanced treatments, and successful patient outcomes.
Identify and analyze local market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to devise effective sales strategies.
Conduct regular visits to hospitals, and clinics to present KIMS services and benefits.
Organize and participate in local CMEs, medical conferences, workshops, and other events to increase awareness of KIMS offerings and build relationships.
Maintain and submit detailed records of daily & monthly visits and business (MIS) on daily basis to the management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the regional market.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and referral goals through proactive and persistent efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree (or) Masters degree. Specialization in Marketing, Sales, Business, Healthcare, or a related field preferred.
3-6 years of sales experience in the hospitals, pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
Existing relationships with doctors, clinics.
Living in and willingness to travel extensively within the designated region.
