Job Description

Experience: 2-5 years in marketing, ideally in the education or training sector.

Pay: ₹20K- ₹30K per month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: In person

Skills: Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, Content Creation, Social Media Mgmt, Graphic Design, Email Marketing, Google Analytics, Communication Skills.

Certifications: Marketing certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.) be an advantage.

Job Description:

1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote courses, identify target audiences, and track performance through defined KPIs.

2. Digital Marketing & Social Media: Manage social media platforms, run targeted ad campaigns, execute SEO strategies, and maintain a strong online presence.

3. Content Creation: Create engaging content such as blogs, newsletters, videos, and social media posts. Collaborate with instructors for course-related materials.

4. Website & Landing Page Management: Update and optimize the website for engagement and lead generation. Analyze traffic and improve user experience.

5. Event Promotion: Plan and promote webinars, workshops, and open houses with effective marketing materials and communication.

6. Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing: Run email campaigns, send course updates, and guide prospects through the enrolment funnel.

7. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Study market trends, analyse competitors, and refine marketing strategies based on insights.

8. Public Relations & Partnerships: Build partnerships with businesses and institutions, manage PR activities, and explore collaboration opportunities.

9. Analytics & Reporting: Track performance of campaigns using analytics tools and provide regular, data-driven reports.

10. Budget Management: Plan, allocate, and optimize marketing budgets for maximum ROI.

11. Student Retention & Engagement: Drive student engagement initiatives, collect feedback, and run referral/loyalty programs.

12. Branding & Positioning: Ensure consistent branding across all channels and develop marketing materials that reflect the institute’s identity.

Note : Prior Experience in IT training and placement Institute will be add on Beneficial
