Marketing Executive

As a Marketing Executive at Sigachi Industries Limited, located in Sultanpur Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing head to develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at enhancing the Sigachi brand image and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing efforts, and collaborating with various departments to achieve marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Support the execution of marketing campaigns to promote the Sigachi brand, products, and services. - Manage all social media channels and liaise with agencies for timely creative deliverables and execution of posts as per the monthly calendar. - Ideate and drive organic social media followers and engagement. - Coordinate and follow up on content inputs for marketing collateral development and production of marketing materials, including brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations. - Drive marketing innovation and continuous improvement by coming up with innovative ideas and staying updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies. - Contribute to lead generation strategies and implementation to identify and attract potential customers using CRM systems. - Drive monthly email campaigns aimed at lead generation and user engagement. - Collaborate with business analysts for sales data segmentation and management, driving data-driven personalized email campaigns, and measuring ROI and engagement. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in a corporate marketing, branding & digital marketing role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. - Bachelor's/master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Sound knowledge of all digital marketing aspects including social media platforms, SEO, data-driven, ROI-driven campaigns, and analytics tools. - Outstanding copywriting skills would be an added benefit. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting. - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Strong project management and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools will be preferred but not mandatory.
