Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic MBA Marketing graduates to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting our products/services, building brand visibility, generating leads, and strengthening our presence in the regional markets of Madurai and Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Identify potential clients, build relationships, and generate leads.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitors.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and on-ground activities.
• Coordinate with sales and digital marketing teams for effective brand communication.
• Create and present reports on marketing performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Visit potential customers regularly and maintain a strong local presence.

Required Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing (freshers or up to 2 years of experience).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings or marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic marketing tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of digital marketing or social media marketing is an added advantage.
• Fluency in Tamil and English.
• Creative and self-motivated approach to marketing.

Compensation:

• Salary: As per industry standards (based on performance and experience).
• Incentives based on sales/marketing targets achieved.
