As a Marketing Executive in the Diagnostics/Pharmacy industry located in Howrah, Girish Park, Topsia, your role involves various responsibilities to promote offers/packages, collect medicine orders, visit doctors, and participate in health camps. Your qualifications include an MBA in Marketing or 1+ years of experience in diagnostics or pharmacy sales, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will need to be proactive, self-motivated, and willing to travel extensively for fieldwork. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct door-to-door sales to promote offers/packages and build customer relationships. - Collect medicine orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up. - Visit doctors to promote company services and provide detailed information on services/products. - Actively participate in health camps, promotional events, and community outreach programs. - Collaborate with team members to organize and execute successful campaigns. Qualifications and Skills: - MBA in Marketing (Freshers welcome). - 1+ years of experience in diagnostics or pharmacy sales (preferred). - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork. The company offers health insurance as a benefit for this full-time position. A Master's degree is preferred, and candidates with 1 year of related work experience will be preferred.
