Job Summary

Amma’s Pastries is hiring enthusiastic and self-driven Marketing Staff to support brand promotions, customer engagement, and outlet-level marketing activities across the Ernakulam zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment promotions, corporate visits, school/college visits, and local campaigns.
• Promote seasonal products, festival hampers, and new launches.
• Support ground activities, sampling events, and brand visibility programs.
• Coordinate with Operations and Area Managers for planning promotions.
• Ensure posters, banners, QR standees, and marketing materials are displayed properly at outlets.
• Maintain daily marketing activity reports.

Qualifications

• Any degree/diploma.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years experience in marketing/sales can apply.
• Good communication in Malayalam & English.
• Pleasant personality and customer-friendly approach.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
• Willingness to travel across Ernakulam zone.

Salary

Attractive salary + incentives + travel allowance.
