About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Associate to handle the day-to-day running of our WhatsApp communities. The role is operations-heavy and repetitive, with a focus on managing chats, answering participant queries, and maintaining accurate records.

This is an entry-level role suitable for fresh graduates or professionals with 0–2 years of experience. If you are comfortable with Excel, detail-oriented, and can learn tools quickly, this role offers a solid start in marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage WhatsApp chats for communities on a daily basis.
• Answer doubts and queries raised by participants in clear, professional English.
• Escalate or list queries/leads that cannot be answered directly into structured Excel sheets.
• Maintain and regularly update all Excel and Google Sheets trackers with participant information, leads, and chat summaries.
• Follow standard checklists and workflows to ensure consistent operations.
• Learn new tools (e.g., WATI, CRMs, dashboards) as required for community and campaign support.

Requirements

✅ Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (must-have).

✅ Strong written English for handling WhatsApp chat queries.

✅ Ability to follow structured processes and maintain detailed records.

✅ Quick learner who can adapt to new tools and systems.

✅ Reliable, disciplined, and consistent in repetitive work.

✅ 0–2 years of experience in operations, data entry, or marketing support (freshers welcome).

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in community management (WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, etc.).

Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools.

Comfort with high-volume, repetitive tasks requiring accuracy.
