Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to drive growth in our pathology business. The role involves promoting diagnostic services, building relationships with healthcare providers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring brand visibility across the region. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote pathology and diagnostic services. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients. Conduct regular visits to healthcare providers to generate referrals and increase sample volumes. Identify new business opportunities including B2B, B2C, and corporate tie-ups. Organize and participate in health camps, CME programs, awareness drives, and other marketing events. Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and new offerings to support business planning. Ensure visibility of brand through promotional materials, digital campaigns, and hospital/clinic branding. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, customer support) for smooth service delivery. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for revenue, sample collection, and client acquisition. Prepare and submit daily/weekly activity and performance reports to management.
