Marketing Executive in Mumbai, Bandra

Key Responsibilities

• Interior partnerships & vendor management:
• Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with relevant partners such as flooring companies, furniture manufacturers, AC and electrical brands, tech providers, and other interior solution vendors.
• Maintain and update vendor databases, partnership terms, pricing, and deliverables.
• Liaise with partners for collaboration proposals, and integrated offerings for Workved clients.
• Marketing & communication:
• Oversee marketing activities across social media, website, and other digital channels.
• Work closely with the social media manager to plan content, maintain brand identity, and ensure consistency across platforms.
• Support creative development for videos, posts, and campaigns, ensuring content aligns with business goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to capture project updates, client stories, and completed designs for promotional use.
• Client & internal communication:
• Act as a communication bridge between designers, vendors, production teams, and clients.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, professional interactions, and clarity on project requirements.
• Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and partnership documents as needed.
• Operational coordination:
• Support the interior design team in project-specific coordination.
• Manage documentation, presentations, monthly reports, and progress tracking.
• Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
