Role Objective
sales, marketing, and client engagement activities
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Marketing
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Laboratory, Consultancy, and WTP/STP projectsacross India.
- Promote HECS’s full portfolio of services to industrial, corporate, and government clients.
 
- Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals, quotations, and marketing presentations.
- Participate in empanelments, tenders, and rate contractswith PSUs, industries, and government bodies.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Coordinate with Zonal Marketing Teamsand ensure uniform business strategy implementation.
2. Client Engagement & Coordination
- Develop and maintain strong client relationshipsfor repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with operations, technical, and laboratory teamsfor timely service delivery.
- Manage client communication, sampling schedules, report delivery, and feedback collection.
 
- Maintain and update CRM database (leads, follow-ups, closures, renewals).
- Ensure post-sales service, AMC renewals, and customer satisfaction.
3. CRM, MIS & Zonal Coordination
- Manage CRM tools and lead trackersto maintain updated business pipelines.
- Generate weekly/monthly MIS reports on enquiries, conversions, and revenue.
- Collaborate with Zonal Marketing Executivesto plan field visits, exhibitions, and campaigns.
- Report to the Marketing Head with performance metrics, client status, and upcoming opportunities.
 
4. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and client demands.
- Suggest improvements in pricing strategy, service offerings, and promotional plans.
 
- Support in planning digital marketing, seminars, exhibitions, and regional awareness programs.
- Ensure all marketing materials are brand-compliant and technically updated.
5. Compliance & Knowledge
- Maintain awareness of environmental regulations(CPCB, SPCB, MoEF&CC, BIS, FSSAI).
- Educate clients on HECS’s compliance-based testing and consulting advantages.
 
- Represent HECS at industry meetings, trade fairs, and environmental conferences.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred.
 
- Experience:
- 1–10 years in Marketing / Business Development/Marketing Coordinatorof Laboratory, Water/Wastewater, Environmental Consulting, or related industries.
- Experience in CRM, field sales, or technical marketing will be an advantage.
 
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of environmental testing, consultancy, and compliance services.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (Zoho / HubSpot / etc.), and digital marketing basics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiationskills.
- Strong client relationship managementand networking abilities.
- Target-driven, analytical, and capable of independent field operations.
 
- Willingness to travel across zones (South / West / North / East)as per business needs.
