We are seeking an energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, managing customer relationships, promoting products, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit retailers, dealers, distributors, or project sites regularly to generate sales
Identify new customers and business opportunities in the assigned area
Promote and sell company products to existing and prospective clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collect market intelligence – competitor products, pricing, and customer feedback
Ensure proper product display and branding at retail outlets
Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM or reporting tools
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of field sales experience
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license
Familiar with local geography and market territory

Preferred:

Experience in plywood, building materials, or hardware industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
