Job Description

We are hiring a Marketing Executive for a permanent position in Kochi to support and drive marketing efforts across digital and traditional platforms.
This role offers a great opportunity for early-career professionals to contribute to campaign planning, content creation, brand initiatives, and CRM management.
As a Marketing Executive, you will plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging CRM tools like Salesforce for lead tracking, campaign analytics, and performance reporting.
You will create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and digital platforms, while also conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies.
This role involves working closely with sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
You'll also be responsible for analyzing campaign metrics and suggesting improvements based on data-driven insights.
Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in marketing, excellent communication and presentation skills, and working knowledge of CRM systems and digital marketing best practices.
A bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required. Preference will be given to candidates with startup experience and a stable employment history.
